TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The making of the live-action film Lilo & Stitch in 2025 invites viewers to explore the beauty of O'ahu Island, Hawaii. Whether a fan of Lilo & Stitch or new to their world, this science fiction film will take viewers to Waikiki Beach, Haleiwa, and its surroundings. These beaches can also be visited in real life.
The plot is about a young girl named Lilo who accidentally adopts an alien, mistaking it for a dog. The alien, originally designed to be a destructive force, becomes close to Lilo and learns the concept of family and togetherness. Maia Kealoha plays Lilo, and Chris Sanders voices Stitch.

The entire scenes of the film released on May 23, 2025, were recorded on O'ahu Island, Hawaii. To get to O'ahu, you can go through the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) in Honolulu, which is about 18 kilometers away. 3. Waikiki Beach

Located in the southeastern part of Honolulu, this beach offers soft white sand, blue-green water, and a view of Diamond Head. It is also mentioned as the birthplace of modern surfing.
