
TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts overcast weather in Greater Jakarta today, Thursday, April 3, 2025, interspersed by drizzles across several regions in the afternoon.
Weather updates are monitored through the official site bmkg.go.id and BMKG's official Instagram.
In Jakarta, drizzles are likely to drop at 4:00 p.m. local time in West Jakarta, South Jakarta, and East Jakarta. It is followed by rainfall in Central Jakarta and North Jakarta in the evening, from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Overall, Jakarta’s air temperature today ranges from 23 to 31 degrees Celsius, with 1 to 12 kilometers per hour of wind speed.
BMKG reported afternoon rain in West Java as well, namely in Bogor City, Depok City, and Bekasi City. Meanwhile, rainfall is expected to start at 1:00 p.m. in Bogor Regency and Bekasi Regency.
The temperature in Bogor Regency is between 18 and 31 degrees Celsius, while in other areas it ranges from 20 to 32 degrees Celsius. The wind speed is estimated to range from 6 to 10 kilometers per hour.
BMKG forecast overcast weather in Banten, namely Tangerang Regency, Tangerang City, and South Tangerang City. The temperature is estimated to range from 24 to 25 degrees Celsius with air humidity around 91 to 95 percent.
