
TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Indonesian Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts that the entire Jakarta area will be covered in thick clouds on Wednesday morning.
Data from the BMKG's official Instagram page @infobmkg in Jakarta on Wednesday stated that Central Jakarta, South Jakarta, East Jakarta, West Jakarta, North Jakarta, and the Thousand Islands are predicted to be covered in thick clouds starting at 7:00 a.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB).
Furthermore, at 1:00 p.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB), all areas in Jakarta are predicted to remain covered in thick clouds.
The thick clouds will continue to cover all areas of Jakarta at 7:00 p.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB) throughout the night, except for East Jakarta, which is predicted to be cloudy.
Meanwhile, from 10:00 p.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB) until early Thursday morning, the weather in West Jakarta, Central Jakarta, South Jakarta, East Jakarta, and North Jakarta is predicted to be sunny and cloudy. The Thousand Islands Regency is predicted to be cloudy.
The temperature in Jakarta is predicted to range between 25 and 35 degrees Celsius. BMKG also stated that wind speeds ranged from 4 kilometers (km) per hour to 31 km per hour in the local area.
