TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Following the completion of their mandatory military service and their reunion as a full group, BTS is officially preparing to light up stages around the world with a highly-anticipated, massive world tour.
Out of a total of 79 scheduled shows, Jakarta is set to host two consecutive concerts on December 26 and 27, 2026.
As announced on BIGHIT MUSIC’s official channels, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook will kick off the tour in Goyang, South Korea.
The opening leg will take place at Goyang Stadium with three shows on April 9, 11, and 12, before the group travels across continents to reunite with their global fanbase, ARMY
While details surrounding Jakarta’s two shows, such as the concert venue and local promoter, have yet to be revealed, Live Nation has been confirmed as the promoter for the Latin American and European legs of the tour.
There is a possibility that Live Nation may also handle the Jakarta dates, considering the company previously promoted BABYMONSTER’s world tour stop in Jakarta in June 2025, in collaboration with a local promoter.
The detailed world tour dates come shortly after BTS confirmed their long-awaited comeback, scheduled for March 20, 2026.
The upcoming concerts are expected to be held in support of their new 14-track album, which BIGHIT MUSIC described on the fan platform Weverse as being filled with honest stories BTS wants to share with ARMY.
