IHSG Gains 0.25% as GOTO and BUMI Lead Foreign Buying in Today's Session

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Indonesia's Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) rose 0.25 percent in Monday’s first trading session, November 10, 2025, closing at 8,415.5 points in the afternoon.

“IHSG started the week on a positive note, staying in the green throughout the first day,” said the analyst team at Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia in a statement.

The analysts noted that Asian markets broadly rebounded after weekend pressure on overvalued artificial intelligence (AI) stocks.

By the end of Monday’s first session, South Korea’s Kospi gained 2.7 percent, Japan’s Nikkei rose 0.8 percent, and Hong Kong’s Hang Seng climbed 0.3 percent. In contrast, Singapore’s STI fell 0.6 percent, while China’s Shanghai index remained flat.

Market Activity and Foreign Transactions

During the session, 392 stocks increased, 279 declined, and 181 remained unchanged. Total transaction value reached Rp1.6 trillion, with 1.55 million trades and 229.2 million lots traded.

Foreign investors recorded a net buy of Rp 221.1 billion. The most purchased stocks by foreigners were BUMI, GoTo Gojek Tokopedia (GOTO), and DEWA, while CUAN, ANTM, and WIRG were the most sold.

Most Active Stocks

New entrant Pelayaran Jaya Hidup Baru (PJHB) was the most actively traded stock in terms of transaction frequency, recording 71,234 trades, followed by CDIA with 55,265 trades and RAJA with 38,563.

In terms of trading volume, GOTO led with 65.6 million lots, followed by BUMI at 23.5 million and DEWA at 9.9 million.

The technology sector index (IDXTECHNO) recorded the highest gain among sectoral indices, rising 3 percent. The property sector index (IDXPROPERT) climbed 1.5 percent, and the infrastructure sector index (IDXINFRA) increased 1.4 percent. Conversely, the consumer cyclical sector (IDXCYCLIC) fell 0.1 percent, while the health sector index (IDXHEALTH) remained flat.

  • ISEA: +34.4% to Rp 117 per share

  • DFAM: +27.5% to Rp 102 per share

  • DEWI: +25.6% to Rp 147 per share

  • UANG: +24.8% to Rp 2,710 per share

  • BLUE: +24.6% to Rp 3,240 per share

Top five losers by percentage:

  • KONI: -9.7% to Rp 3,410 per share

  • RICY: -9.6% to Rp 56 per share

  • DSSA: -9.4% to Rp 90,525 per share

  • IBFN: -8.3% to Rp 44 per share

  • TIRA: -8.2% to Rp 1,550 per share
