TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto has gathered ministers for a limited meeting in Hambalang, Bogor, West Java, Indonesia. The ministers were summoned to meet Prabowo at his private residence on Monday night, July 13, 2026.
Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto said that the meeting discussed various topics, one of which was about energy availability. "One of the agendas discussed was related to the price of special fuel for fishermen," Airlangga said as reported by the Presidential Secretariat.
According to Airlangga, Prabowo requested the government to set the price of special fuel for fishermen with 30-200 gross tonnage at Rp15,000 per liter. Meanwhile, for fishermen with less than 30 GT, the fuel has been distributed at a price of Rp6,800 per liter.
Meanwhile, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia said that this meeting also discussed the government's efforts to assist fishermen, including providing fuel subsidies for their boats.
Bahlil hopes that the energy subsidy scheme for fishermen can help their operations. "We will soon make a decision from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources to follow up," he said.
The meeting in Hambalang was attended by dozens of ministers. Among those present were Coordinating Minister for Food Zulkifli Hasan and Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto.
In addition, present were Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, Minister of Foreign Affairs Sugiono, and Minister of Defense Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin. They were accompanied by Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia, Minister of Investment and Industry Enhancement Rosan Roeslani, and Minister of State Secretariat Prasetyo Hadi.
Other ministers, such as Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology Brian Yuliarto; Minister of Industry Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita; and Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Nusron Wahid also attended the meeting in Hambalang. Other officials such as Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya, Head of BRIN Arif Satria, and Head of SOE Ministry Dony Oskaria were also seen attending the meeting.
