Stray Kids to Launch New Song, Album, and World Tour

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The final days of June are shaping up to be especially exciting for STAYs, the dedicated global fandom of K-pop group Stray Kids. With just two days left before the release of their new digital single, the band has also unveiled plans for a full-length album and a new world tour.

On June 22, JYP Entertainment unveiled a teaser for the group's upcoming single "RUN IT," confirming that the song will be released on June 24 at 1 p.m. KST. The announcement was followed by news of a new album, THIS & THAT, and a world tour sharing the same title as the single.

The teaser video shows the eight members stepping onto a grander stage, blending black-and-white visuals with references to the group's journey and identity. As reported by The Korea Times, JYP Entertainment described "RUN IT" as a song that captures the expansive energy of Stray Kids, a group that has built its reputation through self-produced music and a distinct identity in the global music industry.

The single's teaser has only heightened anticipation for the full-length album THIS & THAT. Scheduled for release on August 7, at 1 p.m. KST, the eight-track project marks the group's first album of 2026 and their first record in approximately nine months since the release of SKZ IT TAPE "DO IT" back in November 2025.

Along with these new releases, Stray Kids put the cherry on top of announcing a new global trek titled Stray Kids World Tour "RUN IT." While tour dates and cities remain under wraps, expectations are high following the success of the group's previous "dominATE" World Tour. That tour reportedly sold approximately 1.3 million tickets worldwide and generated nearly $186 million in revenue, according to Forbes.

This announcement comes as Stray Kids continues to strengthen its position as one of K-pop's most successful acts. Comprised of Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N, the group debuted under JYP Entertainment in 2018 and has since amassed an impressive list of both artistic and commercial achievements.
