TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - A sequel to The Simpsons Movie is officially in production and scheduled for a summer 2027 release. After a nearly 20-year hiatus, Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, and Maggie are confirmed to make a grand return to theaters, earning loud cheers from fans around the world.
The sequel, which teased its arrival with a new poster reading, “Homer’s coming back for seconds,” will take the place of a previously untitled Marvel project on Disney's schedule.
