Statistics Indonesia (BPS) recorded US209.80 billion in exports from January to September 2025, marking an 8.14 percent growth compared to the same period last year, which stood at US$194.01 billion.
Deputy Head of Statistics Dissemination and Services at BPS, Pudji Ismartini, explained that the growth is driven primarily by non-oil and gas exports. The value of non-oil and gas exports reached US$199.77 billion, up by 9.57 percent compared to the previous year's US$182.33 billion.
Meanwhile, exports in oil and gas weakened by 14.09 percent to US$10.03 billion this year.
