TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Indonesia's Attorney General's Office (AGO) has named Sritex Director General Iwan Kurniawan Lukminto (IKL) as a new suspect in the case involving credit provided by PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten, PT Bank Jawa Tengah, and PT Bank DKI to Sritex.
"Based on the results of investigator questioning, AGO has designated one suspect, IKL," said Nurcahyo Jungkung Madyo, Director of Investigation for Special Crimes at the Attorney General's Office, during a press conference on Wednesday, August 13, 2025.
Nurcahyo explained that Kurniawan's designation as a suspect is linked to his role as vice director of Sritex from 2012 to 2023.
Previously, AGO had named 11 other suspects, including Kurniawan's brother, former Sritex Director Iwan Setiawan Lukminto.
Other suspects include former Bank DKI President Director Zainuddin Mapa, former head of Corporate and Commercial Division BJB Dicky Syahbandinata, and PT Sritex Financial Director from 2006 to 2023, Allan Moran Severino.
Additional suspects are Babay Farid Wazadi, Director of MSME Credit and Financial Director at PT Bank DKI (2019–2022); Pramono Sigit, Director of Technology and Operations at PT Bank DKI (2015–2021); Yuddy Renaldi, President Director of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten (2019–March 2026); and Benny Riswandi, Senior Executive Vice President of Business at the same bank (2019–2023).
Three other suspects have also been named: Supriyanto, President Director of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah (2014–2023); Pujiono, Corporate and Commercial Business Director (2017–2020); and Suldiarta, Corporate and Commercial Business Division Head (2018–2020).
AGO stated that the case caused a state loss of Rp1.08 trillion. The alleged criminal acts include disbursing credit not in accordance with its purpose and processing credit requests with fictitious documentation.
