TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - A number of content about registering for the 2026 Welfare Assistance Fund program for retired Civil Servants (PNS), Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), and Indonesian National Police (Polri) members circulated on Facebook (account 1 [archive], account 2), Threads, and TikTok throughout June 2026.
Netizens were asked to access a registration form or contact the uploader to receive the assistance. Through the shared link, the account owner asked users to enter their full name and Telegram number, promising cash assistance for additional capital, education, and healthcare.
However, is the registration link for the 2026 welfare assistance fund for retirees legitimate?
FACT CHECK
Tempo's Fact Check Team verified the above claim by directly analyzing the content and comparing the narrative with information from credible sources. The results showed that the link being shared is fake and not an official government website.
Although using official photos and narratives, the accounts spreading this information do not belong to the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos) or the official institutions managing civil servant (ASN) pension funds, as well as the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) and Indonesian National Police (Polri).
The administrator of civil servant pension funds in Indonesia is PT Taspen (Persero), or the Civil Servant Savings and Insurance Fund. This State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) is specifically tasked with managing social security programs for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and state officials.
Meanwhile, the institution that manages social insurance and pension funds for Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) soldiers, members of the Indonesian National Police (Polri), and civil servants within the Ministry of Defense and the Indonesian National Police (Polri) is PT ASABRI (Persero), or the Indonesian Armed Forces Social Insurance.
The circulating content does not include any government agency logos. The website address for the registration form is also not an official page, but instead leads to fake links such as https://daftarsekargjuga.sirilili.com, https://w2.daftar-2026.click, and https://pendaftaran-terbuka03.scezi.cloud.
These fake sites lack features typical of official government websites, such as agency profiles, organizational structures, program details, and official publications.
Beware of Fraud
PT Taspen, through its official Instagram account, @taspen, reminded the public not to easily believe online information, including fraudulent claims about pension assistance programs.
"Always be wary of hoaxes and fraudulent information claiming to be from PT Taspen," Taspen said in a video posted.
Tempo did not find any government-issued 2026 pensioner welfare assistance program. The registration link on social media is purely a phishing scam or hacking attempt.
Phishing is a digital crime that involves stealing victims' personal data using fake accounts made to look as similar as possible.
Phishing perpetrators typically target victims through email, social media, or text messages to trick them into voluntarily providing personal information.
The targeted data includes account information (username, password), personal data (name and age), and financial data such as bank account information.
CONCLUSION
Based on the results of a fact-check, the Tempo Fact Check Team concluded that the narrative claiming the social media link was a registration for recipients of the 2026 welfare assistance funds is false.
