According to USA Today, Stan Kroenke, 80, serves as chair of Kroenke Sports and Entertainment, which owns the Los Angeles Rams of the NFL, the Denver Nuggets of the NBA, the Colorado Avalanche of the NHL and Arsenal FC of the English Premier League. Remarkably, all four teams have won a league championship within the past four seasons.
The Walmart heir also led the financing and construction of SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. The stadium is the home field for the NFL's Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers, and it has hosted several other major sporting events, including the 2026 World Cup.
