TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) forecasts cloudy and partly cloudy weather across Jakarta at the start of the week on Monday, July 27, 2026. This encompasses South Jakarta, West Jakarta, East Jakarta, North Jakarta, Central Jakarta, and the Seribu Islands.
The weather stays cloudy and partly cloudy in the afternoon, the BMKG weather forecast reported.
Meanwhile, in the evening, heavy cloud cover is expected across the Indonesian capital, with some areas seeing partly cloudy skies.
In Greater Jakarta (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi), the air temperature will range from a minimum of 18 degrees to a maximum of 34 degrees Celsius in Bogor City and Regency, while in other areas it ranges from 25-34C.
The air humidity ranges from 24-88 percent, with surface winds moving from east to northeast at speeds of 5-45 km/h in the region.
"Beware of the potential increase in wind speed in some areas of Tangerang Regency and City, as well as South Tangerang City," said BMKG on Monday.
